Long-term letting

Only 12% from the total rental income per month

Short-term letting

Only 10% from the total rental income per each booking

Cleaning services

£48 for 1 bed property cleaning and laundry services

£58 for 2 bed property cleaning and laundry services

£68 for 3 bed property cleaning and laundry services

* Please enquire about the price if your property has more than 3 beds

* Any extra beds (sofa bed, etc.) costs £10 extra per bed for the laundry services 

* All cleaning materials are also included in the cleaning price
